The Crenshaw School admits students without regard to sex, race, color, religion, and national original to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and other school administered programs. Crenshaw evaluates each applicant on the basis of personal interview, academic record, teacher recommendations, and admission testing or assessment for evidence of good character, maturity, and academic motivation. Some consideration is given to alumni legacies and siblings of current students.
Preschool: Age 3 by September 1
Pre-kindergarten: Age 4 by September 1
Kindergarten: Age 5 by September 1
First Grade: Age 6 by September 1
After re-enrollment of current students in February, enrollment is open to the public. Applicant files are processed and families will be notified of admission recommendations in a timely manner.
A Florida/Georgia Certificate of Immunization, should be on file with the school by the first day of classes. Parents with questions about immunization should contact the Administration Office.
